End of Lease, Simplified

At Harbor Capital, we aim to simplify the process for our clients from the beginning of our partnership. This starts with your dedicated end of lease specialist who will walk you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have along the way.

Below is a high-level overview of what you can expect when you reach the end of lease.

Intent

Customer notifies Harbor Capital of its end of lease intentions.

Customer has 2 options:

  • Email LeaseEnd Team: LeaseEnd@harborcapital.com
  • Submit via AMOS, our Asset Management System

Details

The LeaseEnd team will review your lease and ask for additional info such as:

  • Desired effective date
  • Schedule number
  • List of serial numbers
  • Hours on each unit

Inspect

We have the ability to order a pre-return inspection with our third-party partner.

Results will be provided to inform you of your equipment’s condition prior to return.

Return

The LeaseEnd team will work with you to return equipment to one of our many warehouse locations.

AMOS – An End of Lease Tool

AMOS, our Asset Management Online System, includes widgets, reports, and dashboards that help to further simplify the end of lease process for our clients.

With AMOS you can:

  • View upcoming lease maturities

  • Receive end of lease notification emails

  • Easily take action on an entire lease schedule or individual assets: Request a buyout, request a renewal, and give notice
